Payment methods

In order to best fulfil your online store purchase experience, Qista offers different methods of payment.

SECURE PAYMENT USING A BANK CARD

Full payment using a bank card is simple and fast, and triggers the immediate preparation of your order. This payment is fully secure as it is managed by our bank’s (Crédit Agricole) specialised e-commerce department and by the 3D secure online payment validation system (payment validation using a code sent by text message). Your bank details are never communicated to Qista.

PAYMENT IN THREE INTEREST-FREE INSTALMENTS

You can also make your purchase in 3 instalments with no extra charges using your bank card if your order total is between €400 and €3,500, delivery charges included. A first payment of one third of the order is taken on the day of the order; on D+30 and D+60 the second and third payments for the order will be taken using your bank card. Just like full card payments, this method is secure.

BANK TRANSFER

Full payment of your order is also possible by bank transfer. Just follow the usual purchase process and choose payment by bank transfer. Qista’s bank details will be provided so that you can make the transfer. As soon as the transfer reaches Qista’s bank account, your order will be prepared.

This method of payment is slower than a card payment.

CHEQUE

Qista also offers full payment of your order by cheque. Just follow the usual purchase process and then choose payment by cheque. You will then be given the information to send the cheque so that you can settle your account. Your order will be prepared when Qista has received the cheque.

This method of payment is slower than a card payment.

SEPA DIRECT DEBIT

Payment for your order by SEPA direct debit is based on you providing authorisation to Qista to debit your account. To set up this direct debit, you just need to complete the direct debit form by downloading it here and return it to us signed along with your account details. Your order will be placed once the debit is processed (you can send us an electronic version of the direct debit form to speed up your order placement by our teams, however it will only be shipped upon receipt of the paper version of the form).

Paying for your order in 3 instalments with no extra charges is available for this payment method. Our teams with contact you to determine suitable payment terms once your order has been placed and your SEPA authorised received.
