QISTA LAB was created from an observation: Mosquitoes pose a danger to the world’s population because of the potentially deadly diseases they can spread.

QISTA LAB was created from an observation: Mosquitoes pose a danger to the world’s population because of the potentially deadly diseases they can spread.
Their numbers and their resistance are escalating in France and across the world.
In order to advance research and knowledge about the vector risk represented by mosquitoes and its exponential spread, QISTA created QISTA LAB: a molecular biology laboratory.

Doctor in veterinary parasitology and vector-borne diseases
Doctor in human pathology, infectious diseases branch
With his dual specialisation and transversal skills, Dr Leulmi leads Qista’s Entomology Department. He is also the Microbiology and Molecular Biology Project Manager.

Anlamina Chamssidine Combo is responsible for Qista trap implementation and field studies, as well as associated diagnoses.

Adrien owes his dual role to his field expertise and his management of research in areas where people live which represent a high risk for the spread of vector-borne diseases. He is a key point of contact between the population to be protected and our teams of biologists.

Anthony organises and manages the technical execution of installing traps for communities. In direct contact with our team, he ensures that our work to control mosquitoes in your town is environmentally-friendly and sustainable.
Institutional and International Relations Coordinator
A cornerstone of institutional and international relations, Stefania organises discussions between the QISTA LAB team and policy makers, as well as institutions. Her commitment to public health and her people skills make her an crucial point of contact with the various international and institutional players.
