Once this period has passed, its power is limited and its effectiveness drops very quickly, it therefore becomes ineffective.<\/p>\n<p>The CO\u2082 cartridge has a variable duration depending on the intensity of the trap use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For\u00a0<strong>use in line with Qista recommendations\u00a0<\/strong>(15 hours per day), the CO\u2082 refill must be replaced every 2 months (BAM VISIO \/ VISIO+ only).<\/li>\n<li>For<strong>\u00a0more intense use \u00a0<\/strong>(more than 15 hours per day), the machine releases a higher quantity of CO\u2082 and the refill is emptied faster<\/li>\n<li>For<strong>less intense use<\/strong>(10 to 15 hours per day), the machine releases a lower quantity of CO\u2082 and the refill is emptied slower<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also strongly addition to the mosquito trap\u2019s inherent effectiveness, you can optimise the mosquito control by applying\u00a0<strong>a few prevention rules to prevent females from laying<\/strong>in areas neighbouring the protected area.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The presence of stagnant water is the most favourable condition for females to lay. Even the smallest puddle becomes a haven for the breeding and growth of eggs.
