Delivery and pickup methods

Depending on the type of products ordered and the delivery/collection area, various delivery or collection methods are available. Please find below the various delivery/collection options available depending on where you want to install the traps.

NORTHERN ZONE

For Qista mosquito traps and their consumables you may:

Delivery by our partner DPD to your home or workplace.
NEW: A Qista partner can now deliver and install your mosquito trap in the Paris region and in the departments of 67 (Bas-Rhin) and 68 (Haut-Rhin).

For refill packs, you may:

Receive your order by post, the parcel including your lures and a collection voucher to pick up your bottle of CO₂ in aCO₂ pick-up point . The price shown when you order includes the cost of collection from our partner.
NEW: Île-de-France and the departments of 67 and 68 can now receive their orders at home. Our service provider QISTA will deliver your consumables every two months (Standard delivery).
NEW: In the Ile-de-France and the 67 and 68 departments, you can now choose GOLD+ Maintenance. Our partner QISTA delivers and installs your consumables every month and also checks your machine (GOLD+ Maintenance, available only with the “Installation and commissioning by Qista” option when you place your order).

For Qista accessories, you may:

Arrange for your order to be delivered (delivery within 7 working days).

However many packs of consumables you choose when you place your order, a maximum of two bottles of CO₂ can be delivered and stored at your home. This limit also applies to collection of your CO₂ refills from Qista.

SOUTHERN ZONE

For Qista mosquito traps and their consumables you may:

- Collect your order directly from Qista’s premises in Sénas (near Salon-de-Provence) or Muret (near Toulouse). You will be contacted shortly after your order to agree a date and time (only available in départements 13, 31 and 84).

Collection hours in Muret:

- Monday from 9am until 5pm
- Thursday from 9am to midday
Receive your order at home or your place of work. You will be contacted within 7 working days of your order to agree a date and time.
Receive your order at home. Our technicians will install your trap and deliver your consumables every two months (Standard Delivery). You will be contacted within 7 working days of your order to agree a date and time.
Receive your order at home. Our technicians will install your trap and deliver your consumables every month (GOLD+ maintenance: only available with the “Installation and Start-up by Qista” option when you order). You will be contacted within 7 working days of your order to agree a date and time.

GOLD+ maintenance:

QISTA takes care of everything! Every month, our field experts deliver and replace the consumables. They will also clean and maintain your trap. With the new GOLD+ maintenance, you can also arrange for your land to be analysed for mosquito breeding sites.

This home service includes:

consumables set-up and change
start-up and programming
training on using the app to control your trap remotely
trap inspection and CO2 output
emptying the capture net
machine cleaning
winterisation
check for mosquito breeding sites on your land
support with the lifecycle of mosquitoes

(only available with the “Qista installation and start-up” option when you place your order).

When you buy refill packs for the whole season, you may need to store them somewhere before using them. Mosquito lures can be stored for up to 6 months at room temperature, not at variable temperatures, as long as the box remains closed. As for the CO₂ bottle, make sure it’s always closed, even when it’s empty. Store the CO₂ cylinder in an open, well-ventilated place.
